*Holly Sew*

Here are two quilts I just finished for my nephews.
Now I just need to get them in the mail they were Christmas presents...oops!!

The best part about these quilts is I only had to spend a total of $14.00 to make them since I only had to buy batting.  All the fabric came out of my stash (plus my Aunt gave me the red dog fabric, so thanks Aunt Peg).
Josiah's Dog Quilt

His name is embroidered on the quilt.

Appliqued dog.

Titus' quilt.
I have been wanting to do something with a Robot on it for a long time!

The tag on the back of the quilt. (I forgot to take a picture of the dog tag.)

  3. Your appliques are so well done. The best part of quilts is that they are hugs you get to keep.

  4. Love these quilts! It's great that you mined your fabric stash for them! When I made SB's quilt, I ended up running out and buying a bunch of new fabrics, and it cost nearly as much as buying one. Thanks for sharing.

  5. These are such wonderful quilts. There just isn't enough boy quilts out there to be seen, at least not as quite as these.
    Thank you for sharing.

  6. You should have talked to me and you could have saved yourself 14 dollars. Don't you know that "Aunt Peg's Quilt Stash" always has extra batting? These quilts turned out perfect.
