*Holly Paint*

I found this table in hopes of using it in my kitchen but it just wasn't the right size.
I was so disappointed because I really loved the style plus it has two leaves that store underneath so it was great for large gatherings.

Oh, well...I guess someone else will get to enjoy it in their home!

I sanded the whole piece, painted the bottom an antique white and distressed heavily.  The top is stained with a dark walnut.
I wanted it to look like it came out of a farmhouse!

Here it is with the 2 leaves.
Oh...I sure wished it worked in my house!
I will hate to say good bye to it!

  1. Such a shame it won't work in your home. But lucky the person who gets it.

I have a reclaimed farm table on order right now - just waiting for it to be finished. Will be distressing it also - can't have it looking too new!

  3. Love it..I can see why you wanted it for your own home..so would I!

  4. I'd be a taker of this one for sure! Well done! This project would be perfect for our linky party featuring "Transformations" called Repurpose-Remodel-Reveal, I know our readers would love to see it too! (It starts tomorrow- Friday, March 16th 2012 at 7:00 am and reoccures every 1st and 3rd Friday)
